So, as you can probably guess by the title of this thread, this is my new start, my 'new beginning'.
I'd been doing so very well, but over the past few weeks I've gained over half a stone, and it's simply because I got stuck in a rut of eating out, and enjoying too much drink. I also got out of all my good habits, like planning meals at least 3 days in advance.
So this is it. This really is the time I'm going to do it. This time is going to be different. I'm going to:
I've got 1 month until I go to see my favourite band around the country, so I'm setting myself a mini-target of 7lbs by mid-November.
Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far, without you guys I wouldn't even be starting again!

- Plan my meals
- Exercise (even if it's just moderate)
- Drink plenty more water
- Only drink if there's football on or if I'm on a night out
- Include as much superfree food as I can, which is where I went wrong last time
