So, as you can probably guess by the title of this thread, this is my new start, my 'new beginning'.

I'd been doing so very well, but over the past few weeks I've gained over half a stone, and it's simply because I got stuck in a rut of eating out, and enjoying too much drink. I also got out of all my good habits, like planning meals at least 3 days in advance.

So this is it. This really is the time I'm going to do it. This time is going to be different. I'm going to:

  • Plan my meals
  • Exercise (even if it's just moderate)
  • Drink plenty more water
  • Only drink if there's football on or if I'm on a night out
  • Include as much superfree food as I can, which is where I went wrong last time

I've got 1 month until I go to see my favourite band around the country, so I'm setting myself a mini-target of 7lbs by mid-November.

Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far, without you guys I wouldn't even be starting again!

It's going okay so far. I don't know why I'm struggling getting my head back into it.

I've gained much of the weight I'd lost, and I think putting that dress on would just depress me!
I'm trying so hard to resist Cheeky Vimto's tonight... it's not looking good! xxx

I went to Blackpool yesterday, so forgot to update my weight-loss.
I managed to lose 2lbs, which has made me feel more positive about things!

Plus, walked miles in Blackpool, so I got a bit of exercise in there too! ;)
