Hi!
Is onion free on PV days during Cruise?
I know it is restricted in Attack and to be considered a flavouring, but in the book (p102) where he summarises, with a list of vegetables during Cruise, onion is not mentioned.

Also , am I right in assuming the oatbran measure is level tablespoons. My natural inclination is to heap up a spoon of anything(!), but there is a massive difference in quantity between a level and heaped spoon so at the mo am trying to be very good and am using level tablespoons. Is this correct?

Yes onion in Cruise is fine. As for quantity, the idea is to keep the protein portion of your meals high still (think perhaps 2/3 of your plate protein, and 1/3 veg/salad).

Level tablespoon. (Over here it's a soupsoon, 15g)

Thank you for a quick reply. Am browning the extra lean mince atm and was hoping for an answer so I could get on with the recipe!! Thanks for the tip on protein/veg proportions too. I think I am on the right track and amazed with weight loss!
