Cruise PP Cruise started yesterday

Started attack on 25th July and did it till Saturday 30th July. Started Cruise on 31st July and managed to lose 8lbs in total during that time. Well chuffed. However, today is a PP day (as had a PV day yesterday) and feel a little hungry. Also just realised that my fat free yogurt from Aldi, that I have just eaten, had sugar in it. Will this cause me problems?

Debzz well done on your loss in attack. If you are hungry, eat more protein. I quite often feel hungrier the day after a PV and have come to the conclusion I just need to eat more. There is no need to be hungry. Cannot comment on the yoghurt as I don't know the answer but needless to say don't eat any more of them :)
