I found that last week was the first time I didn't have a problem with constipation (it's plagued me from the beginning) and it was the first time I had a bar every day.

I've only been constipated a couple of times since the start (pretty amazing for an IBS sufferer!) and although I didn't equate it with anything in particular, it could have been the bars, which I started in week 3. My CDC tells me the Crunch bars have more fibre in than the others, so they might be better for anyone who's suffering.

When I did get constipated, I just popped a couple of Senokot (or actually SuperSaver's own brand Senna pills - just the same but cheaper!) and everything soon got back to normal! :)

Lots of water/fluids always help constipation of course, whether you're on a diet or not! :7834:
