1st day back on sw yesterday and thought i would join you all in putting my diary on!
Monday - Green Day
Breakfast
28g porridge oat(HEb) (made with water and sweetener)
Dinner
Batchelors mild cheese and brocolli pasta. Aldi free yog
Tea
85g gammon (HEb), syn free chips, beans and fried egg (done in frylight). Aldi free yohurt
Snacks
Fresh Cherries
tea and coffee (250ml skimmed milk HEa)
I'm gonna get some fruit today as I didn't have much in yestesterday.
