Green Day Curried Apple CousCous

Nice and easy to make and tasted great!

Fry Light Spray
1 apple- chopped up into little squares
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of curry powder
Vegetable Stock
200g Plain CousCous

Make up the cous cous by putting it in a pan then pouring in the vegetable stock, covering all the couscous and leave it to soak for 5 minutes.

Fry the chopped onion in fry light for a few minutes then add the chopped apple and fry for a further couple of minutes. mix in the curry powder.

Finally fluff the cous cous with a fork and add the curried onions and apple.
Season with salt/pepper and eat :D

Just eaten a packet mix cous cous for my lunch - you've inspired me to make my own tomorrow! sounds yummy

I just had this for my tea... was lovely and the kids enjoyed it :D unusual for my youngest as she usually whinges at being given anything remotely healthy lol
