Curry and cream

could I get some help please...

I know their are specific SW curry recipes available and I'm sure I'll try them in time but I was trying to work out how many syns are in my usual curry recipe that I have been making for years.

Your help would be much appreciated....

Pataks Tikka masala paste (the consentrated paste, not the sauce)

And

A table spoon of double cream.

Thank you. :)

2 per tablespoon of paste

3.5 for the cream

So dependant upon how much paste you use....remember it's a level tablespoon!! I HATE that rule. If it touches a tablespoon then it should BE a tablespoon. I feel I should be rewarded for getting as much on as possible ;)

You can try substituting fat free yogurt for the cream? So long as you don't overheat it (otherwise it might separate). I usually just stir it in at the end of cooking just before serving.

Thanks ladies.....

lickthelid...that's sound exactly like me!! I'm allowed a tablespoon or fomenting so I'm going to pile it as high as I can

CntrlC..... I had thought of that. I was planning to get some fat free fromage frais to try the SW carbonara recipe and use some of that, but I couldn't find any in Tesco. Hopefully I can pick some up in asda later in the week.
