Curry, is tikka lower syn option

Going for my a birthday curry. Been looking at the eating out section and some posters refer to tikka and tandoori being low syn and others that it is 9. Am I better off going red day and having prawn chicken tikka, shaslik type meal with salad or the dhansak and boiled rice action on ee. Trying to minimise syns in a dangerous situation, will try and not eat a whole naan, but struggle not to rip and dip!

Main chicken or prawn shaslik or tandoori with salad
Dry saag spinach

I think if you have some sort of meat tikka or tandoori then that will be low as it is dry and cooked on skewers. Others are probably referring to tikka masala which is in sauce and will be higher in syns. Hope this helps :)
