Last night I made a chicken curry (well sort of) all i added was chicken, curry powder (1g per tbs) and double cream.

Would this have been ok to have?

I don't even bother with cream, fry chicken or lamb, turn off the heat and sprinkle some curry powder over, mix it all up (the oil helps it stick), then eat on a bed of lettuce or cauli rice with mayo - scrummy!
