Right girlies enough is enough i am back to sw and im here to stay!! So heres my diary for today

Green day

Breakfast – 1 slice toast with an egg fried in frylight (free & hexb)

Snack – banana (free)

Lunch – batchelors mild cheese & broccoli pasta n sauce (half a syn) intensley creamy Strawberry activia & quavers (free & 8 syns)

Dinner – large open cup mushroom stuffed with chicken savoury rice & sw chips roasted in oven with chilli & garlic, 28g cheddar & tbsp ex light mayo (free & 1 ½ syns)

Snack – 1 slice toast with egg & 2 quality street chocs (hexb & free & 5 syns)

total syns - 14.5/15 syns

2nd day on plan :) feelin good :D

breakfast - 2 slices nimble with egg fried in frylight with mushrooms - (free & hexb)

snack - pineapple (free)

lunch - toasted sandwich (2 slices of nimble with 28g cheddar & tomato) roast chicken mugshot & strawberry mullerlight (free, hexb, hexa)

dinner - baked potatoes with 28g cheddar, savoury rice & salad, tbsp ex light mayo (free hexa & 1.5 syns)

snack - small slice of choc cake (11syns?) quality street (2.5syns)

total - 15/15 syns :D

i am so gonna try slimming world chips with chilli and garlic mmmmm your menu sounds yummy

Snack – strawberry mullerlight (free)

Dinner – 2 slices bacon, sw chips, egg & beans (free & hexb)

Snack – 2 slices of nimble with tsp low fat spread & a banana (free & 6.5syns)

(250ml semi skimmed milk used for coffee throughout the day – hexa)

Total – 11/15 syns :)
