i have started the cwp 11 days ago I only lost 4 lb in the first week and I had stuck with it and never cheated I feel a bit gutted about a 4 lb loss I have heard lots of other people saying they have had a lot bigger results h. I have 5 st to lose is there any one else on the cwp in the early weeks.
