*Sigh* So I popped on the scales this morning as tomorrow is my WI and they show a huge gain. I know I've not had a great week but I honestly didn't think it was that bad! 
Today shall be a red day in order to see if I can shift some weight before tomorrow. 
Breakfast : Banana, grapes, sliced turkey. Scrambled eggs and hex B Bun. Water 
Lunch : Lettuce, tuna and Hex A cheddar. Diet coke, banana and 3 syn chocolate.  
Dinner : Steak with side salad and extra veggies.
