Wednesday

Crap menu..........nowhere near nutritious enough..........but not nagging. Hope the work situation gets better tomorrow.

L- Turkey salad sandwich (8pp) lf crisps (3pp) only ate half the bag though!
D- 2 sausages, 1 medallion of bacon, 1 egg, 2 wg toast (13pp)

100grams ...... lol How much did you have? I think a standard serving of cereal is around 30-35g x
 
100g = 3.5ozs if that's what you need - that's an awful lot of cereal ;) xx
