Day 1 completed and it's not been too bad, I had a bar for breakfast a shake for lunch and porridge cookies (yum) for tea. 3 lts of water and a coke zero, my tummy is making some crazy noises but I think I'll have an early night to fend of the night time munchies.

I weighed 14 9.5 this morning and I just had a sneaky weigh and i'm 14 6.5!! I have had an upset tummy so I'm assuming that's what's happened to the 3lb.

Anyway I'm not expecting a massive loss this week but a 6lb would be most appreciated lol
 
Day 2 - well just weighed and i'm 14.3!!! 6.5lb off since yesterday.

but i was 14.3 friday and am thinking the gain over the weekend was water and food in my tummy.

just popped some pills as ive a stinking headache and i'm soo tired today.
 
Day 3 and i'm 14 1.5 that's 1.5lb down on yesterday and 8lb down on Tuesday!!

Feel slightly tired and my breath is rank but i'm so chuffed i've not eaten lol
 
Day 4 and I'm 14 0.1/4 that's 1 1/4lb off from yesterday and 9 1/4lb in 4 days!!

Still got a slight headache and I'm a little tired. My breath is rank but I'm no longer hungry.
