    Ok - not done the whole online 'blog' style of food diary but I forgot to get a new food diary at the group on Monday and didn't get the password so thought this might save me losing track and having an awful week while thinking Im doing well!! So here we go...

    Thursday:

    Breakfast
    Couscous muffin (1syn)
    Skinny Medium Cappucino (HexA?)

    Lunch
    Salad with grated beatroot and ham
    Pot of cottage cheese

    Dinner

    Soft boiled egg & 1 slice of 800g toast (HexB)
    Cottage cheese & strawberries
    Muller Light
    Amaretto - 5 syns

    1/4 slice of pizza (1/16 of whole one!) 2 syns?

    Total Syns - 8.5
    Saved to weekend - 6.5

    Breakfast
    Banana
    White Coffee (1/3 HexA)
    Cous cous muffin (1 syn)

    Lunch
    Cous cous with tomatoes, peppers, ham and vff natural yogurt
    Shape FFL yogurt

    Snack
    Thorntons Mini Brownie Bite (3 syns?)
    HiFi Bar (HexB)

    Dinner
    Carbonara (quark, egg, stock cube, bacon, mushrooms)
    Parmesan (1/3 HexA)

    Extras
    3 x Bacardi/Vodka (7.5syns)
