Damn it!

Went for my WI this week and have put on 2lbs! I exercised more this week and have been feeling bloated due to TOM due at the weekend but it has not shown on the scales before.
I have been advised to drink more water but GRRRRRRRR how annoying - back to 8lbs to go :cry:

hey dont worry bout it, ive read about quite a few people who have done more exercise than normal and have gained, maybe youve increased your muscle mass and that weighs more than fat but it increases your metabolism burning more calories overall, hope this helps xxx
