Damn week 3

Week 2 is the week that hates me! First week after weigh in at the drs and I am all geared up and motivated, week 2 always seems to get away from me and then I get back on track for week 3 and week 4 is the "oh god I'm getting weighed on X date, must be good!". Crazy how our bodies/minds have weird patterns.
