Hi I thought I would post an food diary to keep me focused. Tips and comments welcome, especially with my 1/3 fruit and veg as I have bowel problems and can only eat fruit veg which aren't too fibrous or blended. So bananas and strawberries are ok grapes cause minor belly ache and peaches = week in hospital! I can eat mushrooms, peas, peppers onions etc but no carrots, sweetcorn or similar.

So here goes

Breakfast
42g all bran & milk (HEX allowance)
Tea

I add 2.5 syns for extra 100ml ss milk during day

Baked beans and go ahead yoghurt snack 3.5 syns for lunch, it was a hectic day

Dinner will be chicken strips baked sweet potatoes and mushrooms

3 boiled eggs
Chicken
Broad beans
