have you checked your inch loss? Out of 3 weeks, the 2 weeks I never exercised I lost pounds, but the week I did, I lost inches :)
 
did at 1st but not lately ,must give it ago intresting I have dropped acouple of dress sizes which is gr8

not doing diary properly at min

been busy at work so not been online lately going on hol on fri so wont be around when back must get back into it
