I don't know about you but I love the fact that in size 8/10 you can get some really decent stuff on the sale rack! I never used to bother but it's totally worth it these days!

even better when some one says oh it won't fit you! Even more sale stuff in a 6 that dress was a 6 couldn't get it off over my "little boy boobies" lol I think is maybe a little far... I'm trying to maintain now!

I am damned sick of weight watchers app constantly it brakes constantly & I'm paying £5 a month for the blooming thing! Might be time to switch to my fitness pal!! In other news I've been watching a lot of food documentaries and I'm going to try a vegan diet, after all the things I've seen & can't un see I find the whole meat & it's products industry completely unethical and some of the things I have learned are truly stomach turning ??

Also... Long time since I posted! So much crap going on in my life, currently having a heavy dark bout of depression.... Thankfully i have after months of saying no my first therapy session tomorrow.My weights pretty much the same so not all bad it fluctuates between 8.8-9.0. No way in seven hells will I ever let it go over 9stone! Nope! Cost to much money time & energy to lose it in the first place!
