    Ah missus,

Sounds like you have not had the best week at all :(

Just stick to it today and drink as much water as possible and that should help with the water retention. I'm sure it won't be as bad as you thought when you go for your WI!

I hit totm on day 10 but was seriously retaining water at my first weigh in(my scales showed a 13lb loss at home and I felt seriously bloated).
It all balances out in the end. Have decided that any loss is better than a gain :)
Best of luck for your weigh in :D

Sorry you have had such a rough first week:cry:

As I said on the daily - TOTM water retention may affect your WI tomorrow but it will all even out next week.

Drinking water may help with the water retention and obviously paracetamol for the cramps. Hope you feel better soon.:)

Minime, you shouldnt get all your losses back due to TOTM, I find that the losses might be slower but they are still tumbling off with TOTM, best of luck with your WI :)
