Just stick to it today and drink as much water as possible and that should help with the water retention. I'm sure it won't be as bad as you thought when you go for your WI!
I hit totm on day 10 but was seriously retaining water at my first weigh in(my scales showed a 13lb loss at home and I felt seriously bloated).
It all balances out in the end. Have decided that any loss is better than a gain

Minime, you shouldnt get all your losses back due to TOTM, I find that the losses might be slower but they are still tumbling off with TOTM, best of luck with your WI
awww hun dont be put off you have done FANTASTICALLY!!!! remeber that. there is not many people who would have stuck to it whilst feeling that crappy. i know i wouldnt have be proud of yourself for that and i know you will have lost weight and remember next week wont be haf as bad and you will loose more as you wont be on TOTM
