Daughter's Refeed

My daughter has got a busy couple of weeks ahead of her and Lipotrim is going to be a problem so she has started her refeed today with the intention of re-starting Lipotrim in a month or so. I've not seen her this evening, as she's at her sister's, but she sent me a text at work to say she's lost another 4lbs, making a total of 33lbs in seven weeks.

The pharmacist has told her to follow the first three days of refeed and then repeat again to lose a bit more weight.

Thanks Tracy, she's absolutely loving it at the moment and bought a load of fish today. I'm really jealous - but in a nice way!

Ha, ha, haddock and cod. But I wish she'd hurry up and eat them because I need to get in the bath....
