Davina DVD

My CDC said I should now start to exercise 3 x per week for 20 mins, she said interval training is very good so I decided to buy Davina's DVD - her one from last year as I saved money ;)
I must say the cardio section was quite tough but very good and only lasts 20 mins - hurrah... hopefully it will help with the toning as my tummy isnt doing too well :mad:

If you are on Sole Source, although exercise is good for you I would not be doing such a high energy programme. Walking, swimming and toning exercise is best in the initial stages of the diet, gradually working up fitness levels as you raise calorie level. :)
