Step 1 Sole Source Day 1 again, 6st off but 6st on !

Thanks Flick for the offer in the chart, I've asked my son so fingers crossed he can do it for me :)

Hope your feeling a bit better, this plan does strange things to us in mind & body and the strange feelings come & go without warning so fingers crossed you feel better soon.

I've had a right morning, good in some ways and frustrating in others. I'm trying to pack for Glasgow tomorrow and all of my clothes from the cruise in the summer are to big be it in the body bust or even underarm areas. All but 1 dress and I'm not convinced on that one as it's a bit clingy.
I only know 3 people attending the party ( 4 if you count my hubby lol ) appearance is a big thing for me and I'm just not feeling it today :-(
I'm now going to iron & pack skinny jeans, a nice top & killer heels.
My bedroom is like a bomb site as I've had literally dozens of dresses out, some of which I keep in cases ( I'm a bit if a hoarder )

Anyway here were some of the top choices

Love this one but it's hanging a bit and it may be a bit top bling ?

This was the New look bargain one I bought the other week, I just don't feel " dressed " in it !

image-1989411854.jpg

One of my favourites on our cruise in Aug but now doesn't hang right. Too big on the bust & underarm area :-(

image-246082131.jpg

This one never looks good on photos but I love the dress again it was a favourite " steak under the stars / date night on the cruise " but again not hanging right and I now feel frumpy in it :-(

Plain black wrap dress boring and tight

image-1528612351.jpg

This is the Julien macdonald one I was hoping to feel good in but it's too clingy ( I wore this on NYE but with a shrug to cover my problem areas lol ) don't want to wear a shrug so it's out if the equation :-(

Jeans, 2 different tops & 2 pairs of heels bring packed & I will settle on which ones to wear tomorrow !

I'm happy with my results so far but it shows me I have a LONG way to go before I will be happy !

If someone had of asked 4 weeks ago how I would feel about losing 22 lb I would have been overjoyed now I'm blooming frustrated BUT even more determined :) by Xmas I will be feeling a lot better so I know only too well how important it is to keep on track and not let the mind games within my head get to me,

Anyway I best get on and get the ironing done and sit on the case to get it shut :)

I've messaged my friends ( again ) to say not to make any plans for food tomorrow, I've told a little white lie & said I will have breakfast, they don't need to know it will be a tetra lol.
Myself and friend are having our nails done at her local salon at 2pm then I'm sure we will go back to theirs so I can see their son shod party it is. At this point we would usually all go for food but I've said I will need a early night.
Not sure when I will for the other two products in but I will. I find water easy to do it's just the WC issue which worries me when out & about.

I have one night at the hotel tomorrow before hubby arrives on Sat so I'm going to pack a nice fresh onesie and have myself a mini pamper session tomorrow evening.
Sat we have hair appt at 12 noon then the afternoon to chill & get ready do I can't see ANY problems on Sat.

Sunday we travel home :)

My only issue as I've always said will be G&T,
I'm more than aware of the risks of drinking whilst in Ketosis and I will be very very careful.

My worry is the effect on the scales on monday . . . , ,

Goodness knows what effect the weekend will have on the scales but it won't topple me & it is planned I'm just praying the damage isn't to bad. Kcal wise I'm sure Gin n slim is my safest option so wish me luck girls, my 1st kind of off plan event :-(

If I could get out of going I would but we need to still live to some extent whilst on plan.

Sorry it's been another long one lol x x x

Hi Glam one! YOu look fab in all those dresses! My favourite is the Julien Macdonald one, but second to that is the top one - what a lovely (and frustrating) thing to find that the dresses fit differently already! Could you get some hold em all in pants for the JM one if you think it's too tight? (I think it looks fab!!)

With the gin and tonic - can you face the tonic on it's own? I'm a g&t fan and when not drinking, I can manage the tonic and still feel like i'm having a drink! (that's what I tell myself anyway...)

I have hopefully attached a chart which took me 10 mins at lunch. It'll probably take longer to upload than anything else!!

Thanks FlickG, you say the nicest things :)

I may try the JM one again once my hair etc is done and maybe see if I could wear a lightweight waterfall blazer to cover my problem areas lol

Will let you know and of course add photos after the event.

I appreciate your efforts with the chart but its showing as error on my iPad, will try on my daughters laptop later this evening. I've got one somewhere but its been that long since I've used it I honestly don't know where it is.

Thanks again lovely x x x

Evening all,

I would imagine this will be my last post until some time on Sunday.

Case packed with various options as I still don't blooming know what to wear lol
Early start tomorrow, some tetras in my bag & others for sat & Sunday in my case along with the golden veg flavouring and bottled water for at the hotel.

Everything is great in my mind but I just hope that after a few drinks I don't succumb to the evening buffet, I never usually do food at party's but I'm just not sure which way the weekend will go.

Anyway just wanted to say hope you all have a great weekend and I shall catch up upon my return x x x x x

Hi angel so pleased to see you restarting! I followed your journey back in 2012 for your wedding I started in August 2012 and you really inspired me on my journey. You did amazingly! Unfortunately I'm back restarting again so hopefully we can support each other x

have a lovely time hun!

my fave is the first dress, think it really flatters you and you can never have too much bling! (well, you can, but this isnt too much at all!)

Just a quick one, I managed yesterday 100% SS but today is the party day. I've always known I will be drinking this evening so I've caved in with breakfast :-(. :-(

G&T more than food , anything you fancy is not wrong , its a craving sometimes we crave so much and when we have it the thought was always better than the taste , or was it lol .
Looking lovely in your dreeses there angel . Fill us in when your back , but just enjoy !!!

Evening all,
Home from Glasgow after a amazing couple of days.
As I said yesterday I've not had food with the exception of the 1 poached egg & the poached haddock which was utterly fab.
Last night was carnage drink wise, I can drink quite a lot and I knew that would be my downfall, I managed 2 bottles of prosecco and god knows how much gin as I lost count after 8.
As you can imagine I've been very very hungover and slept most of the afternoon. Managed my 3ltr of water and hope to god I've not done too much damage.
I may give next weeks party a miss as it's just not worth the hangover.

I ended up wearing black " skinny " jeans & a cream blouse with killer heals.

Not the best but it's the only " full " length one I got :)

My dear friends

image-4215049622.jpg

Never again lol

My friends who's sons party it was commented on my loss bless them. I go back to see them
On 11 Dec so they will notice even more by then.
That's just a one night stay prior to Xmas.

Anyway I'm keeping it short this evening as I'm lying on the sofa not feeling the best :-(

Will catch up more tomorrow.

Tomorrow being Monday is of course my week 5 weigh In and my 2nd of 4 weeks without CDC so any damage tomorrow has plenty time to sort it's self out before I see her again in 2 weeks x x x

Morning Angel,

Sounds like you had a fantastic time and you're straight back on plan - even with a hangover! I would have been reaching for the takeaway menu.

Just remember all damage is going to be water weight and easily shifted!

xx

:bliss:

Morning all well after my marathon drinking session my 5th week weigh in has shown a whopping 5 lb drop :)

I'm more than aware it may jump up if the weekend catches up with me but my god I'm super super happy that's 27. Lb in 5 weeks, just 1 lb from my 2 stone and 1ln from dropping down into the 14's, not been there since Jan 2013 !
Now it's going backwards from Jan 2013 to our wedding which was Sept 2012, I was 10.7 in the Sept so gained 4 stone in that short time, it may not come off as quick as it went on but it's not a race and I will get back to where I want to be.
i have various photos from those few months and was quite happy around the 12st mark which is also where people tell me I look my best hence my goal of 11.13 but I know once I get there I will lower it. For the moment though I shall celebrate my loss this week.

As its half term I have my 2 granddaughters here for the day so I promise to catch up with you all this evening, hope everyone has had a good weekend and here's to another Fab week for us all :)

Wowee! That's a fabulous loss - well done! It's so nice to be thinking of lowest weights and seeing that the goal is attainable. I was talking to friends about this and said that I just want to be on an even keel - the problem in the past has been getting to target, and now, I feel like it's really achievable! I've got 13lbs to upper target, 20lbs to lower target and I really think I might get there! :)

Keep trucking lovely!

xx
