Day 1 AGAIN.

    So here I am for the millionth time. I previously lost 4 stone on this plan but over the last few months I have gained 2 stone. I really have to do this as i am constantly depressed about my weight which pushes me to comfort eat :.( so here goes day 1 and the countdown for a 4 stone Loss is (hopefully) about to commence. Good luck me and everyone else doing it. X

    Hey hun i'm looking to lose around 4 stone, i'm starting cambridge diet tomorrow what can i expect?i'm 5ft5 and 15.8 stone xx

    Good luck, I'm also a returner! Finding it harder this time round but need to stay focused! Hopefully the weigh in this week will keep me motivated! What plan are you on? Good luck :) xx

    Hi hon. I really believe in this diet so much. The only thing, hardest thing, is sticking to it. The first week you will have a fab loss way over half a stone an then around a stone a month. Good luck x

    I'm doing SS I always find if I ever do Ss+ I get a taste of munching and crave junk food. I don't think I could manage another plan. Good luck to you too. What day are you on? The last time I was on the plan I had a diary where I would write down how amazing I felt being in ketosis and when I had a hiccup I'd write how rubbish I felt. It really helped me and I'm doing it again this time round. Xxx

    Yeah that's what I find on any other diet you end up eating junk and saying oh I will start again tomorrow. I need the discipline and strictness. I'm on day 3 and although I feel pretty weak today, I know it will pass in a few days. Yeah that's a great idea to keep a note on how you are feeling each day. How are you getting on? Xx

    I'm ok but only on day 1. I keep having those days "I'll start tomorrow, after filling up on junk" I have restarted this diet 9 times Over the last 2 weeks but I do feel like I will do it this time.
    Day 3 is tough but u sound very determined so thats great and it will pass over the next few days. I love waking up every morning knowing I completed the day before and don't forget those moments you walk past a mirror and take a double turn because you can see a slimmer you. Hehe. X

    It's so hard. I'm a yo-yo dieter & a foodaholic. Unfortunately the more unhealthy stuff I eat the more I crave. I'm scared that if I don't keep focused I will go off the rails. I think us all going on the diet were taking the first steps to do something about it. Good luck all x

    Yep I totally agree Sarah. Everytime I think food I force myself to think of something else. It works but it is all in the mind so we just have to focus on out target weight and not food (eeeeek) good luck you too xxx

    Thank you. I'm a week & a half into it now & 9lb off only another 3 & half to go!! Ha ha. Just think by summer we'll all look fab x :)

    I start my 1st day tomorrow, I'm excited cus carnt wait til the end result..... But scared I'm not going to beable to do it as I'm addicted to food.

    I'm addicted to food my whole life has revolved around it. You just have to be strong & focused. I'm not craving food as much as was before I started. I find weekends hard but I'm trying to break bad habits. Good luck.

    Hi all :)
    Im starting day 1 again tomorrow.. great to see others starting around the same time.. think we should all stick together on here for support.
    I have done this diet before and support from this site is fab.. would never of stuck to ss and lost my 42lbs in 11 weeks without it.
    Hanging my head in shame as im back having regained 41lbs of it :(
    But im determined to lose it again.
    We will do this :)

    Awe I'm addicted to food too. Even more so when I fall off the wagon I eat everything and anything I can get my hands on :( not this time though, fingers crossed. Good luck xxx

    Hi :)
    Ive found it really good.. didnt have my first shake till lunchtime an iced cappuccino one, had original porridge at 6pm then a choc mint shake at 9pm.
    I try leave them till late as possible. As its evenings I find the hardest.
    Im not hungry at all.
    Bring on day 2 :)

    So omg day 1 again tomorrow.
    Why did I do it.. I have no idea! :(

    Awe Donna hugs hon. What gets me back on track is when I write down how I feel after eating. That horrible sicky feeling with guilt and disappointment it really gets me through the days I feel like breaking off. Remember it's all in our head so we have to teach ourselves to switch off from thinking food which for me is harder than actually cheating (i eat when im bored not when hungry) Yesterday, I bleached and dettoled my whole house TWICE just so I wouldn't think food. Lol. It's all in the head, it's all in the head, it's all in the head (and so on)
    Don't be too hard on urself because you can't undo it just get back in tomorrow, drink lots of water and remember how u felt after eating. Good luck honey. Remember we're here for u, and each other (if that makes sense ;) )
