Good luck, stay positive and take one day at a time and you will be fine, I didn't think I would be able to do this but it's working for me.. once ketosis kicks in the hunger pangs do go away, probably 3-4 days to get in ketosis and if you feel like your gonna cave in come on here and there's some wonderful people who will give you all the help and support you need xx

You should be looking at losing around 3 stone in 12 weeks, if not a bit more so you will be closer to your goal weight as long as you stick to it 100%.

I hit ketosis on day 3, but everyone is different but look out for the feeling vague and a furry tongue! The vague feeling passes after a day, but the furry tongue lasted for a good 6 weeks! (I find sparkling water cleanses your mouth really well and since I have been drinking it I haven't got it anymore).

Here's to the beginning of a new you and a bright LT future! xxx Good luck :D

Good luck hun. As Medea says, you should be able to shift 3 stone in 12 weeks, maybe more, if you stick to it 100%. The first week is the hardest so hang in there and remember all those reasons you have given us for startest this journey. It is hard work but the rewards are fantastic! You will be a skinny minnie!

    Good luck.
