Day 1 and feeling great!

Hi all, started slim fast again today! Gave up Exante total solutions (made me ill...) and back on to my trusted old banana shakes that helped me loose a stone recently! Had my first shake at 8am, did the school run, been to playzone and done shopping with the little un and baby jogger ( must have walked a good 5 miles in all ) just come back for dinner and had a quorn sweet n sour meal (371 cals), a slice of brown bread and as a treat one of my daughters 100 cals choc bar! I feel full and fine! Having a shake for tea and then off to zumba! After my failure with Exante, I am just so glad to be back on the SF plan and feeling very comfortable knowing it works! I'm 23, have 2 girls under 5 and currently weight around 12stone 12. Would love to loose a stone at least by the time I turn 24 in early July! Thanks for reading! Hope everyone is having a good SlimFast day ;) Xxxxxx

Hii and welcome! The exercise will definitely boost your weight loss, so it's great that you're fitting so much in :) I'm sure a stone by July is achievable, good luck with it! Let us know how you get on! :)
Thankyou Emma :) yeah lots of exercise has been key to loosing the weight quickly, zumba makes it fun lol. How are you getting on? How do you plan your day? Unknown there are days when I'm going to be starving! Do you have any tips ? Xxxx

I'm getting on fine. Been struggling a bit this week, I've had a few slip ups, but I'm still keeping going. I don't want to give up, so I'm plodding on. My days aren't planned so much, I'm in the house a lot as I'm on study leave from University, so I get up quite late, and just have the shakes/eat when I'm hungry. A routine will be better though :)
