L: homemade veg soup (all free veg)
2 slices wholemeal bread (heb)
lettuce and tomato
2 slices wafer thin ham
1 teaspoon light mayo (1 syn?)
danone activia )% fat yogurt

d: home made shepherds pie containing leeks, onions, carrots, peas, mushrooms, celery.
side dish of cauliflower and brocolli
28g cheddar cheese (heb)
 
Yip looks fine to me, although how many syns have you got. Unless you 're saving them you have to use them up
