Roxy's SW food diary

    Im following the extra easy plan and hoping this time it will stay off! Im starting a food diary just to keep track of what i eat and for any advice/tips

    25/02/2014
    Breakfast
    28g porridge oats made with water (HEb)
    banana and sprinkle of cinnamon

    Lunch
    Tuna in water
    mixed salad leaves
    tomato, cucumber, beetroot, celery
    2 boiled eggs

    Dinner
    Omelette
    green peppers and chillis
    bacon fat removed
    light mozarella cheese (4syns)
    SW chips
    baked beans

    Snacks/drinks
    alpen light bar (3syns)
    morning coffee (3syns)
    Vitaline yogurt (free)
    3 x pineapple cubes for my sugar craving :sigh2: (3 syns)
    250ml semi skimmed milk (HEa)
    3 pints water
    sugar free squash
    earl grey tea
    2 decaf coffees
    kiwi fruit, strawberries and an apple

    chicken breast mixed salad leaves red peppers, cucumber, carrot 1 tsp lemongrass dressing (1syn) wholewheat small roll (3syns)
    Dinner
    Pasta carbonara (spaghetti, bacon fat removed, garlic, egg to thicken, milk from HEa)
    Parmesan cheese 1tbsp (1.5syns)
    Mixed lettuce salad
    Snacks/drinks
    morning coffee (2syns) Vitaline yogurt (free) 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEa) 2 pints water earl grey tea 2 decaf coffees
    Sugar free squash
    Mouthful vanilla ice cream (2syns)
    Cadbury buttons (4syns)
