Day 1 food help

    B: broccoli, banana and apple smoothie made in my bullet smoothie maker

    L: cous cous, toms, tuna, broccoli

    Snack: hi fi caramel and chic

    D: whole wheat pasta, chick breast, tin toms and onion and green peppers

    How does this look?

    You will need to syn the apple in the smoothie. Also can't see a hex a?

    Other than that sounds yummy :)

    Aren't apples free on the easy plan? Still getting my head around it all!

    Only when eaten whole. Any fruit that is cooked or juiced needs to be synned :( the veg is fine though!

    Hahaha! Pasta sauces are great for hiding veg if you ever want to up your superfree :) grated carrot and courgette and shredded spinach almost disintegrate :)
