Afternoon all,

halfway through day 1 and so far have had a vanilla shake with coffee and plenty of water. Feeling ok so far but im not fooling myself, know im likely to get rough in the next 12 hours or so. Worth it though. Hope everybody else has a good day :)

You'll be fine i promise. The green tea is a good idea, will stop the tummy rumbles and keep you warm. Keep me updated with how you go :)

Make sure & mix shake with really cold water from the fridge ... Much easier to drink... Xx
