Day 1 - have i tracked correctly

2 slices of wholemeal bread
Poached egg
1 tbs ketchup - 1syn

Tin of Heinz beans
Packet of crumbed ham

2 muller light yogurts
Strawberries
Raspberries

Mince with mushrooms
Boiled potatoes
1/2 tin baked beans

Homemade scotch egg -2syns

2 slices ww wholemeal bread ------------(not sure how many syns this is)
2 L/C x light cheese triangles --------------(not sure how many syns this is)
2tbsp extra light salad cream -2syns

Have I done ok for my first day

One thing I must remember is to track before I eat

I have also done 30 minutes on my exercise bike.
