day 1 Lipotrim TFR

thank you slimmersu you really are great to have around even if your are laughing lol i keep coming on here for a chat and support it really is a great site to keep motivated i cant wait for my 1st weigh in on wednesday but not christmas i m not sure i can make it through without eating as im cooking as well (so cruel) so might follow you and refeed before then and have 2 shakes and 1 meal aday till jan then get back on


 
well day 5 and peeking on my wii fit says down 7lb :):):) so excited bought myself a new coat today size smaller a little tight but will still zip up so thats my 1st treat weigh in on wednesday hope it comes quick not even hungry today was panicing a little as i had to go in town so had my shake an hour early thought i would be starving before the 2nd but no im ok decided to refeed 4 crimbo on 8th december so thats 5wk of lipotrim then sensible eating till jan and im sure i can cope with them 1st 3 days again :)

well im guessing it stinks as when i had hold of my baby my 8 yr old daughter asked if he d pooed lol

Lol! brilliant.....I know when mine stinks, even the cats recoil.....well done on getting over the worst few days x
 
well its day 6 and im feeling great going to try some little exersice today probably take dog out and jump on wii fit plus as half the stuff on there doesnt feel like exercise, mouth feels like theres a catapillar on my tongue defo smelly breath going on here. been on choc shakes all week tried making it into a mousse yuk not keen on strawberry or vanilla so considering getting the chicken tommorrow when i go for WI but what does it taste like very much doubt it taste like chicken lol any ideas what to do with it ???

i was a little wary of the soup as heard bad reports but its my favourite now lol its just like a cheap cuppa soup, i mix it with 300mls cold water then heat for 3 or 4 mins, have you tried the chocolate on hot? with sweetener it makes it a lot better. x x x
 
will try chicken tommorrow the thought of a hot soup and a good book sounds good tried doing the mint tea and chocolate but turned out very lumpy and i was gagging on it so not sure how to do that right i made it in to a paste and added to tea ? been drinking normal tea with sweetner and all i can say is milk makes a big difference :( but sticking at it :)

got up this morning day 7 and thought shall i carry on with this i really cant be bothered and i did this for about an hour but thought of the fact i wanted at least 2 stone off before crimbo and lets face it theres no other diet quick enough so still here went for my 1st weigh in and lost 8lbs:) was told it could be more as its TOTM but im still happy happy happy asked for some chicken soup and there that generous i got 2 which is a pity because ive just tried it and not that bad thank you so so hopeful x just like a cup a soup yum
