hi everyone today i started lipotrim again this is my second time 1st attempt not so good caved in on day 3 :( so hoping i can make it to the end 74lb to lose by may 2011 with any luck xx

goals:
make it past day 3 :)
complete 1st week and weight in
lose my 1st stone
get bk into my size 20s
lose 2nd stone
lose 2 1/2 stone
lose 3 stone
lose 3 1/2 stone
lose 4 stone
get to overweight and out of obese
more to follow lol

Hi, stay on here as much as you can during your first week and it will give you so much more strength. Remember to just take each day one at a time, your goal today is just to get to bedtime. You can and will do it, if you feel like quitting just remind yourself why you started.

Stay strong and believe in yourself :p

hi and thanks for your support im on my second shake not feeling to bad a bit ill today but if i dont start i never will lol been reading other posts and no one said when this starts to get easier and how long before your in ketosis? and any ideas how to tackle crimbo the big family meal :( want to at least lose 3 stone so im not as knackered doing a little exercise need to lose more but as they say one step at a time :) also a little worried about my mummy tummy is that going to look worse the more i lose ? QsQsQs today haha good luck all and thank you again xx

Hiya scary.. Good luck hun, i am sure you will be fine...

You should get into ketosis around day 3 or 4, and that is when it gets easier.. i won't lie though, the first few days are horrible!! The only things i can suggest are to keep yourself busy, have loads of baths to fill your time, walk the dog (or nick next doors if need be!! lol)

I am sorry i can't help you regarding Xmas, as i am purposely coming off beforehand to enjoy my family Chrimbo!!

well day 1 over and done with bit of a headache but that could be the kids ha ha ive got the family shopping to do tommorrow should b okay its day 3 that gets me down but left loads of reminders on my mobile set to go off at different times of the day to get me through it a little nutty i know but really struggle there never been to day 4 yet but going for it this time x

well day 2 and i was feeling really refreshed this morning mouth a bit claggy but in all gd had a banging head last nite so downed sum water and went to bed been told to try sparkling water so will give that a try

thanx flutter i was a mad diet coke fan so that might b it been told to drink sparkling water so will give it a go tried making a mousse but too much water better luck with that tommorrow :)

hi slimmersu today hasnt been as bad as ai thought it would be i even went asda and did the food shop still worried for day 3 so got a new book to keep me occupied if that fails ill come on here or play video games with the kids once im pass day 3 think ill be ok as the last two times ive given up there but soooooo determined

well day 3 this is my difficult day never made it pass here untill i do today :) which i am going to do not feeling so bad and last nite i had my last shake at 6pm so wasnt too bad last night today i have lots of things to keep me occupied so fingers crossed xx

yeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i did it got past my evil day 3 and feeling great this morning so much so im cleaning the deep fat fryer lol so not much longer now and ill be in ketosis great my mouths really sticky but how do i know if my breath stinks? dont fancy testing it out on hubby lol

Regarding the breath, i can only suggest you try it on someone who will still talk to you afterwards!! lol
