Day 1 of Restart (As Promised)

Well it's here, my day 1 of restart.

I am aiming to lose 2 stone 4lb by the end of May which works out to 4lb per week, this is what I was losing the last time I did the diet so know that is achieveable, no blips allowed this time!!!

On my first pint of water for the day then will be having my shake in a bit and am feeling very positive.

Lets do this!!!

Hey - I am in week 3 of restart, also to lose either 2 stone or 2 stone 4 (depending on whether I can be bothered with that neat 9 stone figure, though I think I'll be happy with 9 stone 4!!). Your figures look the same-ish as mine. It's taken me 3 weeks to lose a stone - and then you're half way there :) Good Luck.
