is nearly over and I am rather pleased with myself

my order arrived this morning so I popped back home on my lunch break to collect my much needed supplies - a shake, new shaker & bar - I took them back into work and I didn't care if anyone passed judgement - I am doing this for me, not them!

Hi Sara! I too am on day 1. I have been trying to restart since January and failed but I AM going to do it this time and I am so pleased with myself that day 1 is done and dusted. Keep going x

I've just finished Day 1 too. Seems like a fair few of us started today. Hopefully we'll support each other through the tough first week and have some losses to show for it next Monday!

I've been okay all day, but I'm starving now. Hopefully I'll sleep soon
