DAY 1: Question?

Hi just started exante, have done lipotrim before some success but have slipped back again.

Just wondering has anyone noticed any difference between Lipotrim and Exante?

Hello

I have done both diets and my losses have been the same. I do prefer exante as you don't have the faff of going to the chemist every week, also I think there is more variety on exante.

I agree with lou lou... Hate all that going to the chemist and getting weighed and advised by a stick insect sales girl!!

Also imho the products taste nicer.. Particularly the bars
