Total Solution Day 1......so exited to get started :-D

Well here it is day 1, once I get myself out of bed it's weigh in time, then it's shake with coffee time as I'll have my bar for lunch then a soup for teA, a friend of mine mentioned celery was a good snack if I was hungry as virtually no carbs and you burn all the calories off eating the stuff lol but don't Want to jeopardise the weight loss.
 
Best of luck. Dont eat the celery!!! Drink loads of water. You know what to do.

For the first few days at least really do try and stay away from eating anything if you feel hungry, the hunger will go away and you'll feel better knowing you haven't had anything.
If after a few days/weeks you're finding you are hungry then you can think about adding protein or veg as well as your packs.
