Well People,
Day 1 of my Dukan Diet is going well! HAd Galette with Smoked salmon and cottage cheese for breakfast. Turkey Meatballs with a herb yoghurt dip, all homemade, for lunch. Followed by a mullerlight. For my mid afternoon snack I had crabstick and sliced turkey and 1.5l of water so far too! Is this too much?
Im wondering what sliced meat people on here eat? I bought the tesco light choice sbut on checking the ingredients it contains sodium and caramilised sugar syrup?


Also what stage is quinoa allowed if at all, I believed that it was more protein than carb?
