Day 1 so far so good!

Ok its D Day and so far so good!

Breakfast:
new potatoes fried in fry light, 2 eggs scrambled in with potatoes then serve with baked beans over the top! super filling and all free (even managed to get a speed food in aswell)

Lunch:
savoury egg fried rice, quorn pieces cooked in soy sauce then mix all together ( more speed food!!!)
was yummy and very filling!!

snack:
made some scanbran cake which was delicious, eaten half so far will have the rest later when the munchies hit!!

dinner:
(just going to go and make it......
pasta mixed with tomato and basil sauce, mushrooms, red onions and lots of cheese (my 2 a sections and my last B section)
, put in the oven so it will all melt!

will update u later on its yummynesss!

cant say I am a big fan of fruit and tend to live on pasta so if anyone can give me ideas for other meals it would be much appreciated. Not to keen on spicy things like chillis but apart from that i will try it all!

also a big fan of green days but red days tend to work for me better!

it was gorgeous! I had to lie down coz I ate so much hehe
scoffed the rest of my scan bran cake while watching telly later on!!
today hasnt been as great to be honest, i was running late this morning so had no breakfast and when I stopped for a coffee and a chat with my friend I just had water! So only just had some pasta for my dinner half an hour ago!
I'll need to be more organised for when I am out and about all day!

does anyone have any ideas for meals I can take with me when I am out working? I work outside at weekends so dont have access to microwave or fridge etc!

all suggestions would be greatly welcomed!

Flasks of homemade soup and bread allowance? I would take a salad with me regardless of the weather - I love salads though!
