Now then Mark glad ya well mate. I know what you mean about the soup I have just finished my 1st one which I had left over from last time and it was gorgeous.
I want to lose 3 stone but I will see how it goes this time around, but im looking at 3 months...hopefully!
Have been looking for you all as I knew pre Xmas that I was going to start again in the New Year cos I wanted to finish what I had started but felt like I was the only one who had gone backwards a tad since the first stint!!!
Found out on 23/12 that I had gained 6kg since finishing last time but still in same sized suit, jeans etc but starting to feel a tad uncomfortable. Started afresh yesterday and apart from having the dump the car in the middle of Hampstead High Street and dash to the loo in Starbucks all is going well. It's all in the head for me, set the mind to it and its fine!!
Couldn't beleive how great the Soup tasted again last night - must have really missed it.
Chemist did my 1st week at Half price as I was a good customer!!
Good luck to you all and look forward to chatting.
LOL....how can the soup taste good. I'm not having it!!! Soup is from the devil!! Watch Gazza home in on this one now!
Maintaining is blooming hard going isn't it. At least we've not allowed it to get too out of control. I'm doing CD 820 as I've only 10lbs to lose so I'm having an evening meal.....2lbs a week will do me. I think I've lost that already, but official weigh in is Thursday.
Soup is where its at bugger lugs xx
Maintaining is so difficult, well it was for me but going back on the pints and not so much bad food but the quantity is my problem. I eat like its my last supperxxx

I agree portion control is key. I suppose if our plates were full of Veggies/Salad and not so much full of things like potatoes, pasta and rice for example its not too bad, but when I make home made curry....I want a blooming plate full of rice and not a childs portion. My dad is a fab chef and shown me a great spicy veg dish to have with a meat curry and he uses hardly any oil so thats my plan for maintaining next time. To not deny myself nice big portions, but to have large portions of good, lowfat/carb food.
Jeeeez my fingers feel like they are going to drop off talk about cold! Anyway welcome back old timers, expecting you lot to show us newbies how to do it! (the diet!)
