    hi everyone,

    am on day 1 and doing great.. i have done lighterlife before and lost alot of weight but gained it all back :sigh:.. so i decided to do Cd this time as its is cheaper than LL..i will appreciate ur support pls as am going to be here for a while... i really want to stick to the program this time.. any advice will be appreciated. am a winner and am going suceed this time.

    what kind of milk r we allowed? i was told 20grams ..how many scoop is that ( teaspoon).

    Not sure about the milk. I don't have any on mine.

    hi vickia,
    are u doing ss+ because if ur on ss ur not allowed any milk.
    if on ss+ u have either 3 packs and a small 200 calorie meal OR 4 packs and 200 mls skimmed milk.

    Welcome and good luck vickia.
    I have also tried lighterlife - lost weight and out it back on. I like cambridge as there is such a range of flavours. I do 4 packs a day so I could also have the milk allowance but I don't bother as I probably would over do it.
    Hope you have a great result on your first weigh-in. I have lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks, I get weighed on Sat after a fortnight. So pleased that I took the step of getting on to CD.
