:pHi everyone, not sure ive got the hang of this forum yet but will practice! Ive started lipotrim today for the first time after doing lighter life a couple of years ago. After loosing 2 stone I am sad to say I have put it back on again and more so this time I have to succeed! After reading all your posts on here I am inspired as you are all doing so well and hope this will be my place to escape to when Im struggling or craving food (or drink)!

Welcome, just take it one day at a time, keep sipping your water/tea/coffee etc slowly and regularly. Come on here regularly for support, advice, tips etc and before you know it you will be at your goal.

Maintaing LT loss on GL
Welcome and lots of luck on your lt journey. This site is a great support. I too have lots to lose and am almost two stone down after four weeks. It's tough at times but keep drinking water (know the loo trips are a pain). The water really helps along with all the wisdom on this site.
Thanks super slim! Got day 1 out of the way and feeling very positive today! I was planning on drinking six pints of water a day plus the water from my shakes and soups and brews (cant stand the bars) is this enough? in total thats about 9 pints! x
the water you use in your shakes and soup doesn't count towards your water intake hun.
i would measure out at least 2 litres of water and keep it in your fridge and then you can keep track on how much you're getting through.try and have up to 4 litres a day though(not sure how many pints that is sorry).you can count water for tea and coffee in your daily intake x
