I made a whole vanilla milkshake, hot with 2 sweetners & a dash o cinnamon.. wishing i'd only made half!!! way too much!!

Hiya, I had my day 1 yesterday and had a killer of a headache from late morning and I clung onto it until nighttime...stupidly. Took 2 paracetamol and it was gone within 20 mins....stooopid me should have taken it sooner and could have had a nice day! x

luckily i'm well adjusted to headaches (i get severe migraine attacks/cluster headaches) so i'm not too worried just looking forward to it being over and gone

just had some of the buillon and its gooooood... woohoo.

Fab, my Asda is being delivered today (still gotta get food for the hubby and babs) and I've ordered some, can't wait to try it. Its amazing how little the order was compared to what I'd usually be getting...woohoo I'll be lbs lighter and £'s richer if I stick to this! x

its like chicken noodle soup, minus the chicken and noodles of course =P so if you like that you will like the buillon
