Ok... So its day one down on Exante working solution.. Not feeling too bad, was tempted to do total but didnt want to slip up and fail...again!! Cant wait to get that ketosis buzz! I cycle quite a bit so it shouldnt take long.. Anyone got any words of wisdom on Exante..
