Yesterday was day 10 for me, and its the first time I felt lightheaded and dizzy and weak, so naughtily I ate something last night. Was this the right thing to do?
I've not experience any dizziness or anything like that yet but I imagine if I did then I would eat something similar, cant see that it would have made much of a difference at all.
Dont beat yourself up about it and just get back on it 100% today x
