    On day 12. 100% ss. Family dinner at mum and dads today and not looking forward to everyone eating my favourite dinner of mince and tatties and I am not. Boo hooo:(

    Cheer up missus,because you will be soooooo delighted that you have abstained from the dinner today.
    Day 12 is a great achievement and just think that you have made a choice not to eat today and you can have it if you want to but you CHOOSE not to...thats the difference.

    It really does become easier hun!! I don't even think about people eating around people anymore, I just carry on with doing my own thing :) the first few weeks are the hardest mentally but you'll surprise yourself with how strong you'll become around food :) x
