Hey guys, so happy i've made it to the end of week 2 but it's getting really hard and tiring now, can barely get the energy to do anything but still having to juggle work and college. I've drunk alot of tea and coffee with sugar this week aswell to keep me going so i hope that doesn't affect weight loss too much Kept on thinking i wanted to give up the last few days but have managed not to somehow. Anyone know of any tips to stop you from getting so tired or is it just something you have to deal with? xx
